Champions League Play-off Draw

Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a draw against Swiss League runner-ups Young Boys.

After almost half a century away from the Champions League, Spurs supporters will heave a sigh of relief after being drawn against Young Boys, who will be making their first appearance in the knockout stages of the competition.

It also looks to be a clash of titans as a Mesut Ozil-led Werder Bremen will face-off against Antonio Cassano's Sampdoria, and Dynamo Kiev to play Ajax Amsterdam for the final spots in the group stages.

Zenit St Petersburg, previous winner's of the Europa League, will face French side AJ Auxerre, while an Iberian clash awaits when Braga play Sevilla.

In the Champions Route, Salzburg play Israeli side Hapoel Tel-Aviv, and Scandinavian sides Rosenburg and FC Copenhagen will need to do very little travelling for their fixtures.

Swiss side Basel will face off against FC Sheriff, while gruelling encounters await Sparta Praha who play MSK Zilina, as well as Partizan Belgrade against Anderlect.
