Coach Iannucci's Words of Wisdom

I just caught these, but man, they are some really good reading.  The part about being fired, really got me started as I've been involved with a similar situation.  These posts are some very good reading, and if you have time I recommend not only reading these posts, but following Coach Iannucci's blog.  This man has some tremendous knowledge of not only option football, but football and it's perspective on teaching young men the ultimate game of life.

I'm finishing up the post on coaching the option quarterback and then I'm going to slip underground for a bit as we are right in the middle of coaching up some VERY young pups in spring football.  Once that gets finished, I promise, I'll move back to the dark side of the football.
