Zlatan Ibrahimovic bemoans PSG tactics after Man City defeat
Zlatan Ibrahimovic bemoaned
his side's tactics after Paris Saint-Germain fell to a 1-0 defeat and
were knocked out of the Champions League by Manchester City on Tuesday.
Kevin De Bruyne scored the only goal of the game to ensure
City reached the semi-final of Europe's premier competition for the
first time in their history.Despite this, Ibrahimovic believes PSG are a better team and instead blamed Laurent Blanc's tactics for "giving away" the game.
"The second half was better, when we reverted to our normal tactics, but we gave away two games. I think we are a better team, but we lost tonight and we drew 2-2 at home, so all the best to Manchester City."
PSG began the game with a makeshift back three, and were missing a number of important players including David Luiz and Blaise Matuidi.
Ibrahimovic has been reportedly linked with a move to England in the summer, with his PSG contract expiring at the end of the season.
The 34-year-old striker was keen to keep his cards close to his chest on Tuesday night, but it is understood he would be willing to join Manchester United.
